Abstract

При особистісно-орієнтованому підході начально-виховний процес буде створювати більше умов і можливостей для духовного зростання майбутнього фахівця з основ здоров’я, його інтелектуального й особистого розвитку, накопичення духовного досвіду та формування духовних цінностей.

The student with his her motives, goals, psychological makeup is supposed to be in the center while the person-centered approach. During the studying process the purpose is shaped for each student and the whole group while the functions of the teacher are changed from information and control ones into the coordination. Therefore, the interaction between the teacher and the student is directed towards the partnership collaboration that is composed by the teacher in order to make the educational tasks be solved by the students. The students themselves participate in solving of the educational tasks and therefore the collective entity is formed and the principle of collective communicative teaching is implemented. Thus the potential of every personality can be activated. This approach promotes the active self-realization of a student as well as achievement of his her personal motives, interests, goals and purposes etc. While this the training is carried out with taking into account the personal characteristics and the accumulated experience of the student. While the person-centered approach the principal task of higher education is solved that supposes the formation of a spiritually rich, socially active, professionally competent personality. The person-centered approach is the direct way to the self-realization of a student as well as the satisfaction of his her achievement needs. The need for achievement can have different needs and purposes such as self-actualization need; self-recommendation need or the subjugation of others; advance of others; need for self-improvement; partial or complete self-realization of the need for social recognition and social-approval need. All these needs and goals/ purposes have their own meaning and carry spirit mutual relationships. Thus, certain features of the formation of spiritual moral values of the students form the basis of the formation of the spiritual moral values of the future health bases experts (specialists) with taking into account psychological features and abilities of the individual of student's age.Such task-oriented educational process will create more conditions and opportunities for spiritual growth of the future health bases expert, his intellectual and personal development, the accumulation of spiritual experience and the formation of his her spiritual moral values. This process can be considered as a teaching and educational space, created by a particular educational system and focused on the development of spirituality and formation of spiritual moral values. This means that the person-centered approach will be used, that is which is oriented to the development of the student's personality, his spirituality and spiritual moral values through the educational process, which purpose is the development of cognitive, ethical, aesthetic, social as well as creative abilities.
