The article is personalization process of formation of didactic culture of future masters in the way of the use personality-oriented technologies, interactive learning as the basis of their subjectivity described. The technology of developing masters’ didactic culture is revealed by means of stating tasks, definition of the contents, methods and means of education directed on the educational process organization, and on the result of the joint activity of educational process participants. Didactic culture of future lecturers’ in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is pointed out. The author covers the problem of forming the culture of didactic communicative influence of a future lecturer (personalization of the educational process). В статье раскрыты возможности персонализации процесса формирования дидактической культуры магистрантов путём применения личностно ориентированных технологий, интерактивного обучения как основы их субъектности. Персонализация образовательного процесса в высшей школе МВД рассматривается путем обновления технологий подготовки магистрантов вузов МВД на основе принципов включения каждого участника педагогического процесса в активное участие в процесс обучения, приоритета коллективной, взаимодополняющей деятельности, базирующиеся на субъект-субъектных отношениях участников учебного процесса.
