Влада і громадянське суспільство: механізми взаємодії

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена філософсько-політологічному аналізу влади з метою обґрунтування її як самодостатнього соціального інституту, до якого рівною мірою мають відношення як держава, так і громадянське суспільство. У роботі подаються генезис, природа, сутність, зміст, форми, види та різновиди влади. При цьому у горизонті громадянського суспільства влада розглядається як чинник самоорганізації родового життя людини, а у вимірі держави – як інструмент організації соціальних процесів. У ході дослідження діалектики самоорганізаційних і організаційних впливів на формування громадянського суспільства доведено, що влада є параметром управління у самовідтворенні соціального організму України. На прикладі аналізу сучасної політичної реальності доведено, що влада впливає на трансформацію українського суспільства завдяки наявності розвинутого архетипного рівня системи саморегуляції у структурі соціального організму України, оскільки його нормативний рівень ще тільки формується. Одночасно поставлено питання про вивчення специфіки існування влади на мегарівні, завдяки якому відбувається інформаційно-знакова регуляція соціальних процесів.

Thesis is devoted to philosophical and political analyze of power with purpose of grounding it as self-motivated social institute, to which relate both the state and civic society. The work faces genesis, nature, essence, content, types and arts of power. Hereby, in the context of civic society the power is considered as attractor of men’s family life self-organization, and in framework of society – as an instrument of social processes organization. There was proved in course of research of dialectics of organizational and self-organizational influences on civic society creation that power is really the managing parameter for self-reproduction of the social organism of Ukraine. Referring to modern political reality analyze, there was proved that power is influencing the Ukrainian society transformation due to availability of ancient level of self-regulation in the structure of Ukrainian social organism, because its normative level is being just creating. Simultaneously, there was put the question about studying the particularity of power existing on the mega-level, where the information and sign regulation of social processes takes place, and that mega-level is percepted only over the men’s conscience.
