Організаційно-педагогічні умови соціалізації курсантів у вищому навчальному закладі МНС України

Abstract

Визначено проблеми соціалізації курсантів у ВНЗ МНС України. Проаналізовано концептуальні підходи до процесу соціалізації в історичному та соціально-педагогічному аспектах. Розкрито зміст і характерні особливості соціалізації даних курсантів. Обгрунтовано теоретичні особливості формування та функціонування соціально-освітнього простору ВНЗ МНС України. Розроблено структурно-функціональну модель впливу різних організаційно-педагогічних умов на процес соціалізації курсантів, що дозволило виявити оптимальні шляхи його реалізації. Розроблено концепцію педагогічної підтримки процесу соціалізації курсантів ВНЗ МНС України. Вдосконалено та розширено змістовий аспект соціально-виховної роботи з урахуванням наступності розвитку соціально значущих якостей курсанта. Доведено, що технологічність і ефективність педагогічної підтримки умов і механізмів соціалізації у ВНЗ МНС України, а також успішність соціалізації курсантів забезпечуються у разі реалізації особистісно-діяльнісної основи соціалізації, демократизації курсантського середовища та гуманізації міжособистісних взаємин, проектування ситуацій соціального досвіду як аналога соціальних процесів і стимулювання процесів самовизначення, самореалізації та саморозвитку курсантів.

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of the socialization of cadets in higher educational establishment of Ministry of emergency measures of Ukraine. In the work there were analyzed the conceptual approaches to the process of the socialization in historical and socially pedagogical aspects; maintenance and characteristic features of the socialization of cadets of higher educational establishment of Ministry of emergency measures of Ukraine were exposed; the features of formation and functioning of socially educational space of higher educational establishment of Ministry of emergency measures of Ukraine were outlined; there was described the model of influence of different organizationally pedagogical conditions on the process of socialization of cadets, that allowed to find out the optimal ways of the socialization, to develop the conception of the pedagogical support of the process of socialization of cadets of higher educational establishment of Ministry of emergency measures of Ukraine, it made possible to change, to extend and to direct the substantional aspect of the socially educated work, taking into consideration the chain in the development of socially meaningful qualities of cadets; it was proved that the pedagogical support of conditions and mechanisms of the socialization in higher educational establishment of Ministry of emergency measures of Ukraine will be technological and effective, and the socialization of cadets will become more successful on condition of providing the individually active basis of the socialization, making the cadets’ environment democratic and humanizing the interpersonal attitudes, planning the situations of the social experience as prototype of the social processes and stimulation the processes of self-determination, self-realization and self-development of the cadets.
