Суспільна пам'ять в контексті розвитку політичної свідомості у сучасній Україні

Abstract

Робота присвячена комплексному політологічному аналізу суспільної пам’яті як самостійної цінності політичного життя та як значимої умови формування і розвитку демократичної політичної свідомості. Проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до вивчення феномену суспільної пам’яті та її структури. Автор визначає особливості динаміки суспільної пам’яті у процесі переходу до демократії. Досліджуються державні інститути, громадські організації, науководослідні установи, заклади освіти, ЗМІ, релігійні громади, політичні партії, як самостійні суб’єкти конструювання образів минулого. Здійснений аналіз дозволив сформулювати актуальні завдання розвитку консенсусної моделі політики пам’яті в Україні. Запропоноване сучасне концептуальне розуміння громадянської культури та етики пам’яті.

The thesis presents a comprehensive political study of the public memory as an independent value of political life and as an important condition in the formation and development of democratic political consciousness. Different theoretical approaches to the phenomenon of public memory and its structure are analyzed. The author identified the specific features of the dynamics of public memory in the transition to democracy. In this research government, civil society organizations, political parties, research and educational institutions, media, religious communities are examined as the self-constructors of the historical versions. Based on the analysis fulfilled, the urgent tasks for the development of consensual model of the politics of memory in Ukraine formulated. The modern conceptual understanding of the civic culture and the ethics of memory has been filed.
