Формування професійної підготовки до навчання плавання в дитячих оздоровчих таборах у майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури

Abstract

У статті розглянуто стан професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичного виховання на основі порівняння основних документів, що формують професійну компетентність інструктора з плавання в дитячих оздоровчих таборах. Мета. З'ясувати стан професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури на основі порівняння основних документів, що формують професійну компетентність інструктора з плавання у дитячих оздоровчих таборах. Методи. Аналіз та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури; аналіз нормативних і програмно-методичних документів у сфері фізичної культури і спорту. Результати. Проаналізована та порівняна відповідність нормативних документів спеціальності фізичне виховання вимогам посадових обов'язків інструктора з плавання в дитячих оздоровчих таборах, а також порівняна відповідність робочих програм з курсу плавання майбутніх учителів фізичної культури освітньо-кваліфікаційному стандарту та вимогам посадових обов'язків інструктора з плавання в дитячих оздоровчих таборах. Висновки. Розглянувши основні документи на базі яких формується професійна підготовка до роботи в дитячих оздоровчих таборах, ми з'ясували, що майбутні вчителі фізичної культури достатньо підготовлені, враховуючи особливості навчання плаванню в дитячих оздоровчих таборах.

Methods. Analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature; analysis of regulatory and program-methodical documents in the field of physical culture and sports. Results. The compliance of regulatory documents of the specialty physical education with the requirements of the duties of a swimming instructor in children's health camps was analyzed and compared, as well as the compliance of the work programs from the swimming course of future physical education teachers with the educational qualification standard and the requirements of the duties of a swimming instructor in children's health camps was compared. health camps Conclusions. Having reviewed the main documents on the basis of which professional training for work in children's health camps is formed, we found out that future teachers of physical culture are sufficiently prepared, taking into account the peculiarities of teaching swimming in children's health camps. However, the educational and qualification characteristics, according to which training programs are developed, are not sufficiently aimed at teaching children to swim in children's health camps. The working programs of the swimming course for training future teachers of physical education do not fully meet the requirements of the job description of a swimming instructor in children's health camps. We believe that in order to form the professional competence of a swimming instructor in children's health camps, it is necessary to introduce meaningful modules on the formation of knowledge and skills necessary for teaching children to swim in children's health camps and to develop evaluation criteria for teaching swimming in children's health camps, indicators and levels of their formation.
