Використання інноваційних технологій при викладанні фармакології

Abstract

У статті розглянуто використання в освітньому процесі новітніх педагогічних, інформаційно-комунікативних технологій із метою формування та вдосконалення професійних компетенцій у майбутніх фахівців практичної фарма- ції. Актуальність даної теми зумовлена запитом сучасної фармацевтичної галузі, яка потребує професійно спромож- ного і професійно мобільного фахівця. За результатами аналізу наукових праць визначено сутність інтерактивних методів навчання. Аргументовано, що у викладанні дисципліни “Фармакологія” використовуються педагогічні інновації, які стимулюють пізнавальну активність студентів, їхню мотивацію, забезпечують саморозвиток, самовдосконалення студентів, підвищують ефективність навчання. Обґрунтовано ефективність застосування таких методів, як групова (колективна техноло- гія), професійно-ділові ігрові технології, метод проєктів, тренінгові технології, мозковий штурм. З’ясовано, що інноваційне навчання передбачає розвиток інтелектуальних, комунікативних, творчих здібностей студентів, формування особистісних якостей, відпрацювання умінь, які впливають на пізнавальну діяльність і перехід на рівень продуктивної творчості та формування якісних знань умінь і навичок. Визначено неможливість сучасної якісної освіти без опанування інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій. Уточнено, що використання інноваційних тех- нологій в освітньому процесі спрямоване на розкриття потенціальних можливостей студентів та їх реалізацію. Узагальнено цілі використання інтерактивних технологій. Доведено, що сучасні методи навчання ґрунтуються на взаємодії студентів і активному залученні їх в освітній процес. Встановлено, що основною метою впроваджен- ня в освітній процес прогресивних нововведень є створення умов, які сприяють розвитку професійних компетенцій та набуттю майбутніми фахівцями практичної фармації досвіду професійної діяльності. Автори статті констатують, що використання сучасних технологій навчання створює позитивне освітнє сере- довище для формування професійних компетенцій у майбутніх фармацевтів.

The article considers the use of the latest pedagogical, information and communication technologies in the educational process in order to form and improve the professional competencies of future specialists in practical pharmacy. The relevance of this topic is due to the demand of the modern pharmaceutical industry, which requires a professionally capable and professionally mobile specialist. The essence of interactive teaching methods is determined by the results of the analysis of scientific works. It is argued that the teaching of the discipline “Pharmacology” uses pedagogical innovations that stimulate students’ cognitive activity, their motivation, provide self-development, self-improvement of students, increase learning efficiency. The efficiency of application of such methods as group (collective technology), professional and business game technologies, project method, training technologies, brainstorming is substantiated. It was found that innovative learning involves the development of intellectual, communicative, creative abilities of students, the formation of personal qualities, skills development that affect cognitive activity and the transition to the level of productive creativity and the formation of quality knowledge skills. The impossibility of modern quality education without mastering information and computer technologies is determined. It is specified that the use of innovative technologies in the educational process is aimed at revealing the potential of students and their implementation. The purposes of using interactive technologies are generalized. It is proved that modern teaching methods are based on the interaction of students and their active involvement in the educational process. It is established that the main purpose of the introduction of progressive innovations in the educational process is to create conditions that promote the development of professional competencies and the acquisition of future professionals in practical pharmacy experience. The authors of the article state that the use of modern learning technologies creates a positive educational environment for the formation of professional competencies in future pharmacists.
