Використання інноваційних педагогічних технологій у підготовці фахівців технічного профілю

Abstract

Досліджуються особливості використання інноваційних педагогічних технологій у підготовці фахівців технічного профілю як один із важливих елементів в забезпеченні якісного освітнього процесу. Проаналізовано трактування сутності категорії “інноваційні педагогічні технології” та досліджено їхні основні ознаки. Встановлено, що освітня підготовка фахівців інноваційними технологіями є значно ефективнішою за традиційні методи, оскільки надає можливість вибрати індивідуальний освітній вектор, регулювати темп навчання, враховувати весь спектр індивідуальних особливостей здобувачів освіти. Визначено, що перевага інноваційних педагогічних технологій порівняно з іншими технічними засобами полягає в тому, що вони є водночас інформаційними, навчальними та моніторинговими засобами. Встановлено, що впровадження та застосування інноваційних педагогічних технологій у підготовці фахівців технічного профілю повинно здійснюватися як дидактично-обґрунтований, науково-організований, керовано-системний процес. Визначено, що для успішного впровадження концепції Education 3.0 використання інноваційних педагогічних технологій у межах навчального процесу стає не примхою, а необхідністю. Проаналізовано основні види інноваційних педагогічних технологій, які застосовуються в підготовці фахівців технічного профілю, до яких належать модульні цифрові навчальні середовища, масові відкриті онлайн-курси та дистанційна освіта, а також системи LMS і LCMS. Доведено, що застосування формату онлайн-курсу та формату відеоконференції в дистанційній освіті сприяють появі як переваг, так і недоліків у підготовці фахівців технічного профілю. Обґрунтовано, що адміністрація закладів освіти повинна розробити довгострокову програму інформатизації та введення в дію системи автоматизації управління освітнім процесом. Розроблено теоретичну та прогнозну модель інформатизації освітнього процесу в підготовці фахівців технічного профілю, котра складена на основі загальнонаукової методології з урахуванням зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів, що впливають на процес інформатизації.

The academic paper investigates the features of using innovative pedagogical technologies in the training of technical specialists as one of the important elements in ensuring a quality educational process. The interpretation of the essence of the category “innovative pedagogical technologies” has been analyzed and their main features have been examined. It has been established that educational program of training specialists with application of innovative technologies is much more effective than traditional methods, forasmuch as it provides an opportunity to choose an individual educational vector, regulate the pace of learning, and take into account the entire range of individual characteristics of students. It has been determined that the advantage of innovative pedagogical technologies in comparison with other technical tools lies in the fact that they are at the same time informational, educational and monitoring means. It has been established that the introduction and application of innovative pedagogical technologies in the training of technical specialists should be carried out as a didactically-based, scientifically organized, manageable system process. It has been determined that for the successful implementation of the Education 3.0 concept, the use of innovative pedagogical technologies within the educational process becomes not a whim, but a necessity. The major types of innovative pedagogical technologies used in the training of technical specialists have been analyzed, including as follows: modular digital learning environments, mass open online courses and distance education, as well as LMS and LCMS systems. It has been proved that the use of the online course format and the videoconferencing format in distance education contribute to the emergence of both advantages and disadvantages in the training of technical specialists. It has been substantiated that the administration of educational institutions should develop a long-term program of informatization and implementation of the automation system of educational process. The theoretical and projection model of informatization of educational process in the course of training experts of a technical profile has been developed, which has been made on the basis of the general scientific methodology taking into account the external and internal factors influencing the process of informatization.
