Формування фахової компетентності майбутніх викладачів фізичного виховання у сфері екологічного туризму

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан дослідження проблеми формування фахової компетентності майбутніх викладачів фізичного виховання у сфері екологічного туризму, який підтвердив актуальність і доцільність обраної проблеми, її недостатню теоретичну розробленість у педагогічній теорії і практиці. Визначено й охарактеризовано такі структурні компоненти формування професійної компетентності майбутніх викладачів фізичного виховання у сфері екологічного туризму: особистісний, когнітивний, праксеологічний, рефлексивний. Виявлено, що формування фахової компетентності майбутніх викладачів фізичного виховання у сфері екологічного туризму набуває ефективності завдяки реалізації таких організаційно-педагогічних умов: спрямованість змісту педагогічної освіти майбутніх викладачів фізичного виховання на формування стійкої позитивної мотивації до опанування фахово значущих знань і вмінь з екологічного туризму та використання їх у професійній діяльності; оновлення змісту фахової підготовки майбутніх викладачів фізичного виховання через впровадження спеціалізації «Екологічний та спортивний туризм», врахування у змісті дисциплін соціального замовлення щодо зміцнення та збереження здоров’я дітей та молоді засобами екологічного туризму; наявність навчально-методичне забезпечення процесу формування фахової компетентності майбутніх викладачів фізичного виховання у сфері екологічного туризму; взаємозв’язок компетентнісного, системного та особистісно-діяльнісного підходів.

The article analyzes the current state of research of the problem of formation of professional competence of future teachers of physical education in the field of ecological tourism, which confirmed the relevance and feasibility of the chosen problem, its lack of theoretical development in pedagogical theory and practice. The following structural components of formation of professional competence of future teachers of physical education in the field of ecological tourism are defined and characterized: personal, cognitive, praxeological, reflexive. The personal component of professional competence involved the formation of students' understanding of the importance of the social order for a physical education teacher capable of forming, strengthening and maintaining the health of children and youth through eco-tourism, as well as motivation for future professional activity; cognitive – the acquisition by future teachers of a certain amount of knowledge and mastery of skills in the organization of ecological tourism; praxeological – an attempt to implement theoretical knowledge in practice; reflexive the organization of ecological tourism taking into account the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge, evaluation of performance. A conceptual model has been developed, which provides for a holistic continuous process of formation of professional competence of future teachers of physical education in the field of ecological tourism. The model consists of the following blocks: target, reflecting the social order of society, purpose, objectives for the formation of professional competence of future teachers of physical education in the field of eco-tourism and its components; semantic, containing the principles, organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future teachers of physical education in the field of eco-tourism, forms and methods used in this process; effective, which included evaluation criteria and levels of professional competence of future teachers of physical education in the field of eco-tourism. It is revealed that the formation of professional competence of future teachers of physical education in the field of ecotourism becomes effective due to the implementation of the following organizational and pedagogical conditions: in professional activity; updating the content of professional training of future teachers of physical education through the introduction of specialization "Ecological and sports tourism", taking into account in the content of social order disciplines to strengthen and preserve the health of children and youth by means of ecological tourism; availability of educational and methodological support for the process of formation of professional competence of future teachers of physical education in the field of ecological tourism; interrelation of competence, system and personal-activity approaches.
