Організація і управління методичною роботою у закладі дошкільної освіти

Abstract

В даній статі приділяється увага актуальній проблемі якості дошкільної освіти, яка зростає з кожним днем. Розглянуті теоретичні засади вирішення проблеми організації та управління методичною роботою закладів дошкільної освіти; зазначено концептуальні принципи дошкільної освіти; висвітлені окремі питання організаційно-управлінської діяльності адміністрації закладів дошкільної освіти; розкриті методичні аспекти інноваційної діяльності закладів дошкільної освіти. Зроблено висновок, що методична робота в закладах дошкільної освіти повинна відповідати певним правилам, серед яких можна виокремити наступні: має бути організована в нестандартній формі з урахуванням індивідуальних запитів та можливостей педагогів; надавати вихователям відчутну практичну допомогу; впливати на рівень підготовленості вихованців; задовольняти духовні, естетичні, моральні та інші вимоги вихователя; постійно привертати увагу адміністрації дошкільних закладів; створювати умови для виникнення людських контактів та творчого спілкування з колегами заради вирішення спільних навчально-виховних завдань.

This article pays attention to the current problem of the quality of preschool education, which is growing every day. Theoretical bases of the decision of a problem of the organization and management of methodical work of establishments of preschool education are considered; the conceptual principles of preschool education are indicated; some issues of organizational and managerial activity of the administration of preschool education institutions are covered; methodical aspects of innovative activity of preschool education institutions are revealed. It is concluded that methodical work in preschool education institutions must comply with certain rules, among which the following can be distinguished: it should be organized in a non-standard form, taking into account the individual requests and capabilities of teachers; provide educators with tangible practical assistance; to influence the level of preparedness of pupils; meet the spiritual, aesthetic, moral and other requirements of the educator; constantly attract the attention of the administration of preschool institutions; create conditions for the emergence of human contacts and creative communication with colleagues in order to solve common educational tasks.
