Організація та особливості використання системи дистанційного навчання на базі LMS-платформи collaborator

Abstract

Сучасний етап вищої освіти в Україні характеризується особливою інтенсивністю та масштабами перетворень, зумовлених пандемією COVID-19 та запровадженням карантинних обмежень. Це своєю чергою призвело до переведення освітнього процесу на дистанційну форму. Відповідно, у педагогічній науці на першому місці опинилася проблема створення та використання електронних освітніх систем дистанційного навчання. У статті висвітлено педагогічний досвід створення та використання в освітньому процесі Комунального закладу вищої освіти «Вінницький гуманітарно-педагогічний коледж» єдиного електронного освітнього середовища, розробленого на базі платформи дистанційного навчання Сollaborator. Дослідження доводить ефективність створення та впровадження в освітній процес єдиного електронного освітнього середовища, розробленого на базі системи ДН Collaborator. Виявлено особливості та функціональні переваги цієї системи, що позитивно вирізняють її з-поміж інших наявних на ринку платформ. Доведено, що рівень підготовки майбутніх учителів підвищиться, якщо використовувати в освітньому процесі елементи єдиного електронного освітнього середовища, розробленого на базі системи ДН Collaborator. Така розроблена система забезпечує управління користувачами, ролями та правами доступу, імпорт та інтеграцію з кадровими системами, контроль доступу та дій; організацію навчання та контроль успішності студентів, доступ та дії, повну автоматизацію освітнього процесу; зручність оцінювання успішності здобувачів освіти, ведення електронних журналів успішності та активності студентів в системі; можливість адміністратора співпрацювати з розробниками системи, повідомляти про неточності в роботі, консультуватися щодо коректного налаштування роботи тих чи інших модулів; мобільність і комфорт.

The current stage of higher education in Ukraine is characterized by a special intensity and scale of transformations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the introduction of quarantine restrictions on the activities of educational institutions. This, in turn, led to the transition of the educational process of to distance learning. Accordingly, in pedagogical science in the first place arose the problem of building and application electronic educational systems for distance learning. The article highlights the pedagogical experience of building and application in the educational process of the Municipal Institution of Higher Education «Vinnytsia Humanitarian and Pedagogical College» a single electronic educational environment, developed on the basis of the distance learning platform Collaborator. The research proves the effectiveness of the creation and implementation in the educational process of a single electronic educational environment developed on the basis of the DN Collaborator system. Features and functional advantages of this system are revealed, which positively distinguish it from other platforms available on the market. It is proved that the level of training of future teachers will increase due to the application in the educational process of elements of a single electronic educational environment, developed on the basis of the DN Collaborator system. This developed system provides management of the users, roles and access rights, import and integration with personnel systems, access control and actions; organization of training and control of students' progress, access and actions, full automation of the educational process; convenience of evaluating the success of students, keeping electronic journals of achievements and activities of the students in the system; the ability of the administrator to cooperate with the system developers, to report inaccuracies in the work, to consult on the correct configuration of certain modules; mobility and comfort. The study proves the effectiveness of the creation and implementation of the EEU in the educational process, developed on the basis of the DN Collaborator system.
