Сучасні підходи до фізичної терапії дітей середнього шкільного віку з порушенням функціонального стану хребта

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано сучасні підходи до фізичної терапії дітей середнього шкільного віку з порушенням функціонального стану хребта. Різні порушення постави хоча й є не функціональними розладами опорно-рухового апарату і не вважаються захворюваннями, проте, супроводжуючись порушеннями функції нервової системи та низки внутрішніх органів, обумовлюють виникнення захворювань, і, в першу чергу, захворювань хребта.

В статье обоснована современные подходы к физической терапии детей среднего школьного возраста с нарушением функционального состояния позвоночника. Различные нарушения осанки хотя и является не функциональными расстройствами опорно-двигательного аппарата и не считаются заболеваниями, однако, сопровождаясь нарушениями функции нервной системы и ряда внутренних органов, обусловливающих возникновение заболеваний, и, в первую очередь, заболеваний позвоночника.

The article substantiates modern approaches to physical therapy of children of secondary school age with impaired functional condition of the spine. Various disorders of the posture, although not functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system and are not considered diseases, however, accompanied by impaired function of the nervous system and a number of internal organs, cause the emergence of diseases, and, above all, diseases of the spine. The main reasons for the formation of defects in the posture and curvature of the spine are: general insufficient development of the muscular system (ie weakness of the muscles); uneven development of muscles (back, abdomen, thighs) that hold the spine in the correct position; decrease or increase in the angle of inclination of the pelvis; prolonged illness (rickets), or frequent diseases that weaken the body; unsatisfactory general regime of the day (passive rest, lack of walks, insufficient motor mode, lack of vitamins and mineral salts in the diet); the habit of standing with one leg resting; attempts to sit, stand or teach a child to walk early; keeping the child walking for the same hand; inappropriate growth of baby furniture, clothes, wrong sitting at the table, writing, drawing in bed; very soft and sagging bed; carrying a briefcase in the same hand. Physical exercises increase the overall tone, activate the activity of the central nervous system, cardiovascular, respiratory and other systems of the body, stimulate metabolic processes, provide redistribution of muscle tension, strengthening of muscles, creation of a muscular corset. Systematic physical exercises train a person, promote the emergence and consolidation of new conditioned reflexes, destroy the stereotype of improper body retention.
