Формування фахової майстерності вчителів-філологів в контексті освіти протягом життя

Abstract

Автором здійснено аналіз наукових досліджень щодо формування фахової майстерності вчителів-філологів в контексті освіти протягом життя в Україні. З’ясовано, що модернізація торкається всіх ланок освіти, без уваги не залишено безперервну освіту, пріоритетним чинником якої є об’єднання людства на основі ціннісних і цільових орієнтирів. Безперервність в освіті постає, як ідея навчання, принцип і якість освітнього процесу, певна умова становлення людини. Лінгводидактична проблема розкрита у дослідженнях науковців в різних напрямах: навчання мови у дошкільному закладі, підготовка дітей до навчання грамоти, мовленнєва підготовка дітей до школи, навчання мови в середніх освітніх закладах та інші. Розвиток системи освіти на всіх рівнях, мовна політика, зміни у правописі сучасної української мови, інновації у вивченні й навчанні мов, поява актуальності у вивченні іноземних мов тощо, вимагає вдосконалення фахової майстерності та постійного навчання вчителів філологічних дисциплін. Етап розвитку системи підвищення кваліфікації вчителів філологічних дисциплін в Україні характеризується освітніми інноваціями, спрямованими на збереження досягнень минулого й одночасно на модернізацію системи освіти відповідно до вимог часу, новітніх досягнень науки, культури й соціальної практики. Тенденціями модернізації підвищення кваліфікації вчителів філологічних дисциплін в Україні з урахуванням трансформацій педагогічного процесу та запитів суспільства є: удосконалення навчальних планів і програм підвищення кваліфікації; підвищення інформаційного забезпечення; транснаціональний характер міжнародної мобільності вчителів, викладачів і студентів; міжкультурна спрямованість курсів освіти протягом життя у зв’язку з потребами зростаючої особистості.

The author analyzes scientific research on the formation of professional skills of philological teachers in the context of lifelong education in Ukraine. It has been found out that modernization is affecting all branches of education, without neglecting continuous education, the priority of which is the unification of humanity based on values and goals. Continuity in education appears as the idea of learning, the principle and quality of the educational process, a certain condition for becoming a person. The linguistic and didactic problem is revealed in researches of scientists in different directions: language teaching in preschool institution, preparation of children for literacy, speech preparation of children in school, language teaching in secondary schools and others. Development of the education system at all levels, language policy, changes in the spelling of the modern Ukrainian language, innovations in the study and learning of languages, the emergence of relevance in the study of foreign languages, etc., require the improvement of professional skills and continuous training of teachers of philological disciplines. The stage of development of the system of professional development of teachers of philological disciplines in Ukraine is characterized by educational innovations aimed at preserving the achievements of the past and at the same time modernizing the education system in accordance with the requirements of time, the latest achievements of science, culture and social practice. The tendencies of modernization of professional development of teachers of philological disciplines in Ukraine, taking into account the transformations of the pedagogical process and requests of the society are: improvement of curricula and programs of professional development; improving information support; the transnational nature of the international mobility of teachers, teachers and students; intercultural orientation of life-long education courses in connection with the needs of a growing personality.
