Історіографія розвитку організаційно-педагогічних засад іншомовної підготовки студентів вищих аграрних закладів освіти України

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню поглядів науковців щодо розвитку організаційних засад іншомовної підготовки студентів у вищих аграрних закладах освіти України. Проаналізовано такі види наукових праць, як монографії, статті у наукових виданнях, дисертаційні дослідження. З’ясовано, що серед монографічних праць радянської доби основний масив становлять дослідження з історії розвитку методів навчання іноземних мов. У монографіях періоду незалежності представлено авторські концепції вирішення завдань дистанційної освіти, оптимізації та моніторингу успішності студентів при викладанні іноземних мов. Виявлено, що спеціальних монографічних робіт, присвячених історико-педагогічним аспектам організації іншомовної освіти у вищих аграрних навчальних закладах до цього часу не створено. Встановлено, що суттєво доповнюють історіографічну базу розвитку організаційно-педагогічних засад іншомовної освіти студентів вищих аграрних навчальних закладів України статті у наукових виданнях різного рівня. У радянську добу до кола основних питань, які розглядалися у цьому виді наукових праць, входили ті, що стосувалися основних положень функціонування іншомовної освіти (мета, завдання, зміст, принципи навчання іноземним мовам). У сучасних публікаціях увага зосереджена на заходах, які сприяють приведенню іншомовної освіти України до європейських стандартів. З’ясовано, що на рівні дисертацій дослідження вітчизняної спадщини іншомовної освіти розпочалося наприкінці 40-х років ХХ століття. В контексті нашої теми найбільшу цінність представляють дисертаційні дослідження, присвячені іншомовній освіті у вищих аграрних навчальних закладах. Проте, історичні аспекти навчання іноземним мовам у цих роботах залишилися поза увагою. За ступенем інформативності щодо проблеми розвитку організаційно-педагогічних засад іншомовної освіти студентів вищих аграрних навчальних закладів масив наукових праць розподілено на три групи. Встановлено, що історіографічна база з даної проблеми не відповідає сучасним теоретичним та практичним потребам.

The article is devoted to the study of the views of scientists on the development of the organizational foundations of foreign language training of students in higher agricultural educational institutions of Ukraine. Such types of scientific works as monographs, articles in scientific journals, dissertation researches have been analyzed. It has been found that among the monographic works of the Soviet era the bulk of the research was on the history of the development of foreign languages teaching methods. The monographs of the independence period present the author’s concepts for solving problems of optimizing students’ performance in teaching foreign languages. It has been ascertained that special monographic works devoted to the historical and pedagogical aspects of the organization of foreign language education in higher agricultural educational institutions have not been created so far. It has been established that the articles in scientific journals of various levels add significantly to the historiographic base of the development of the organizational and pedagogical foundations of foreign language education of students of higher agricultural educational institutions of Ukraine. In Soviet times, the scope of primary issues that were examined in this type of scientific works included those related to the basic principles of the functioning of foreign language education (purpose, objectives, content, principles of teaching foreign languages). Modern publications focus on activities that contribute to bringing Ukraine’s foreign language education in line with European standards. It was found that at the level of dissertations, studies of the domestic heritage of foreign language education began in the late 40s of the XX century. In the context of our topic, the most valuable are dissertation researches on foreign language education in higher agricultural educational institutions. However, the historical aspects of teaching foreign languages in these works were ignored. According to the degree of information value on the development of the organizational and pedagogical foundations of foreign language education of students of higher agricultural educational institutions an array of scientific papers have been divided into three groups. It has been found out that the historiographic base on the issue does not correspond to modern theoretical and practical needs.
