Аналіз методів фізичної реабілітації, направлених на зниження респіраторних захворювань у дітей

Abstract

У статті представлені сучасні дані про можливі шляхи вирішення проблеми щодо зниження респіраторної захворюваності у дітей, що входять до так званої групи «часто хворіючих дітей» (ЧХД). Багато в чому ефективність оздоровлення дітей, які часто хворіють залежить від добре організованої фізичної реабілітації. Подано перелік заходів фізреабілітаційної спрямованості для ЧХД, їх фізіологічний вплив на організм. Зазначено, що для поліпшення результату оздоровчо-профілактичних заходів доцільно застосовувати технології фізичної реабілітації на всіх етапах відновлювання організму дитини.

The article presents modern data on possible ways to reduce respiratory morbidity among children in the so-called group of "frequently ill children" (FIC). It describes the criteria by which this category of children belongs to the group of "frequently ill". The list of physical rehabilitation activities for FIC, their physiological effects on the body are given. The analysis of such means as therapeutic exercises, massage and its variants, aromatherapy, herbal medicine and halotherapy is made. It is determined that in many ways the efficiency of rehabilitation of frequently ill children depends on well-organized physical rehabilitation (comprehensive, systematic differential use of resources). The article notes that to improve the results of curative and preventive activities it is appropriate to apply the techniques of physical rehabilitation in all stages of child’s body recovery (clinic, organized team, family, health center). A precondition for effective physical rehabilitation of FIC lies in its stable year-round application. The article states that today there is no unified methodological approach to the comprehensive use of physical rehabilitation means considering the necessity to correct autonomic dysfunction of FIC in all stages of dealing with the problem (treatment, recovery, rehabilitation). While developing the program of physical rehabilitation for FIC concomitant diseases, including dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system, should be taken into account. It was determined that development of the physical rehabilitation program for FIC aimed at restoring the quality of life, increasing body immune resistance and preventing relapse of the disease becomes relevant and requires detailed examination of the problem.
