Фізична підготовленість як один із критеріїів оцінювання рівня здоров’я учнівської та студентської молоді

Abstract

У даній статті обґрунтовано необхідність розробки документів що регламентують оцінювання рівня здоров’я учнівської та студентської молоді. Показано значення фізичної підготовленості в процесі оцінювання стану здоров’я підростаючого покоління.

В данной статье обоснована необходимость разработки документов регламентирующих оценку уровня здоровья учащейся и студенческой молодежи. Показано значение физической подготовленности в процессе оценки состояния здоровья подрастающего поколения.

In this article, there is a substantiate the necessity of development documents that regulate evaluation of pupils and students’ health level. Shown, that today State tests and normative evaluation of physical education of the Ukraine population, approved in 1996, using not on purpose. Recently, this has led to doing certain steps for cancel evaluation on the lessons of physical education in schools or on classes of physical education in institutions of higher education by central executive authorities and also cancellation of control educational standards. Found, that such actions of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine are not way out from this alarming situation. In this case research of domestic and foreign scientists and many-years experience practicing allowed to formulate the basic provisions of functions the system physical education of different populations’ group that provide solutions of educational and health tasks. Special importance in the system of physical education given to physical training, where the state of health, working capacity, active and busy define the level. Proposed the Position about “The Passport of health”, which included the data about the person and indicator of different functional tests, where this information defines the level of person’s health. Besides, there is an information about working capacity, human preparedness in this “Passport of health”. Including the indicators to “Passport of health”, which characterized the level of physical training of person, are very important and necessary moment, especially considering recent events which taking place in the east of our country. In this case the development of such standards and tests takes place in many countries of the world.
