Аналіз наукових досліджень щодо морфо-функціонального стану студентів

Abstract

В статті поданий аналіз наукових досліджень, пов‘язаних з проблемою погіршення стану здоров'я студентської молоді, що навчається у вищих закладах освіти України. Мета дослідження: проаналізувати та узагальнити наукові дослідження щодо морфо-функціонального стану студентів, виокремити фактори, які впливають на морфо- функціональний стан. Організація дослідження: опрацьовано сучасні наукові дослідження щодо фізичного стану та здоров'я студентів. Результати та обговорення: встановлено тенденцію до погіршення морфо-функціональних показників та фізичної працездатності; ріст захворюваності в процесі професійної підготовки, що значно утруднює організацію фізичного виховання студентської молоді. Висновки: виявлено, що ефективність процесу фізичного виховання у вищих закладах освіти України вимагає створення умов для індивідуального і диференційованого фізичного навантаження студентів.

The article rTepresents the analysis of scientific researches connected with the problem of health deterioration among students from Ukrainian higher education institution. Aim of the research is analyzing, generalizing scientific research about morphofunctional students‘ condition; highlighting factors influencing morpho-functional condition. Organization of the research: modern scientific researches about morpho-functional physical condition and students‘ health have been processed. Results and discussions: there exist the tendency to morpho-functional indicators and physical efficiency deterioration; illnesses increasing in the process of professional preparation that complicates students‘ physical education organization. Conclusions: it was investigated that the process of physical education require creating conditions for individual and differentiated students‘ physical activity; implementing new studying programs and innovative methodological approaches, while taking into account physical development, health condition, physical preparation, morpho-functional condition. Factors, influencing morpho-functional condition are motivation, content of the work performed, level of sensor loading, level of nervous system activeness and individual qualities of higher nervous activity; adequacy of physical loading during physical training; socio-pedagogical factors; specifics of lifestyle ext. It was observed that on the primary stage the majority of students have tendency to unsatisfied features of the morpho-functional condition. The negative changes in functional condition of life-support systems, especially cardiovascular, respiratory, muscle-skeletal occur during studying.
