Актуальність застосування фізичної терапії дітей 5-7 років хворих на рецидивний бронхіт на лікарняному етапі

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано сучасний погляд на проблему застосування фізичної терапії дітей 5-7 років хворих на рецидивний бронхіт на лікарняному етапі. Захворювання легень є актуальною медико-соціальною проблемою внаслідок широкої поширеності, швидкого неухильного прогресу захворювання високій інвалідності і смертності. Бронхіт це захворювання серед дітей і діагностується майже у третини пацієнтів, що знаходяться на диспансерному обліку з приводу хронічних неспецифічних захворювань дихальної системи.

В статье обосновано современный взгляд на проблему применения физической терапии детей 5-7 лет больных рецидивирующий бронхит на больничном этапе. Заболевания легких является актуальной медико-социальной проблемой вследствие широкой распространенности, быстрого неуклонного прогрессирования заболевания высокой инвалидности и смертности. Бронхит это заболевание среди детей и диагностируется почти у трети пациентов, находящихся на диспансерном учете по поводу хронических неспецифических заболеваний дыхательной системы.

The article substantiates the modern view on the problem of the use of physical therapy in children aged 5-7 years with relapsing bronchitis at the hospital stage. Lung disease is an urgent medical and social problem due to the widespread prevalence, rapid and steady progression of the disease of high disability and mortality. Bronchitis is a disease among children and is diagnosed in almost a third of patients who are on a dispensary account for chronic non-specific diseases of the respiratory system. There is not enough research in researching the effectiveness of physical rehabilitation for children with recurrent bronchitis. Most studies analyze the effects of physical rehabilitation in relapsing bronchitis in more general groups, namely often ill children or in a group of children with bronchopulmonary pathology. Only a small number of studies consider recurrent bronchitis to be targeted. The use of physical exercises for the development of the respiratory system contributes to the strengthening of respiratory muscles, increased pulmonary ventilation and gas exchange, mobility of the sternum, sputum removal, the formation of complete breathing with elongated exhalation, increased mobility of the diaphragm, increased functional capacity of the respiratory system. Of great importance is the massage (classical, self massage, segmental reflex) of the chest, which contributes to the best allocation of sputum and facilitates respiration. The procedure of massage begins with a surface stroke of the chest, in the direction from the aperture along the course of the artery to the axillary pits.
