Інноваційна рухова активність − стратегія професійної реалізації вчителів фізичної культури

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано особливості використання інноваційних видів рухової активності в професійній діяльності учителів фізичної культури. Визначено, що попри значний внесок дослідників у становлення майбутніх учителів, зокрема вчителів фізичної культури, чинна система професійної підготовки не забезпечує випускникам закладів вищої освіти професійної підготовки до інноваційної діяльності відповідно соціального запиту сучасного суспільства. Встановлено, що професійна підготовка майбутніх учителів фізичної культури повинна бути побудована таким чином, щоб забезпечувати достатній рівень формування їхньої професійної компетентності для впровадження інновацій в організацію освітнього процесу школярів на уроках фізичної культури. Проведений аналіз наукових джерел дозволив охарактеризувати інноваційну професійну діяльність учителя фізичної культури як комплекс заходів, що зорієнтований на застосування у професійній діяльності вчителя фізичної культури інноваційних видів рухової активності, які спрямовані на розвиток фізичних якостей особистості.

Currently, Ukraine's educational space is actively filled with pedagogical innovations. Because of this, the system of higher education faces the challenge of transition to active learning using innovative means or technologies. The new paradigm of education development necessitates appropriate changes in the professional training of future physical education teacher in higher education institutions. Despite the significant contribution of researchers to the formation of future physical education teacher, the current system of professional training does not provide to graduates of higher education institutions professional training for innovation activities in accordance with the social requirements of modern society. Today in Ukraine the innovative types of motor activity, which in the future will claim to be included in the official program of various large-scale and prestigious competitions of the present, are becoming popular. The youth fashion includes various forms of motor activity with healthimproving focus, the most well-known and commonly used among them are a workout, parkour, roller skates, skateboarding, strenflex, crossfit, all-around functional training, break dance, capoeira, etc. Thus, first of all future physical education teacher must be prepared for innovative pedagogical activities, that is, the use and dissemination of innovations, discussion of innovation content and those changes that may occur, with other members of the pedagogical community. In this case readiness of future physical education teacher for innovative pedagogical activity is formed in the process of acquiring experience. Consequently, the professional training system of future physical education teacher should be constructed in such a way as to provide sufficient level of formation of their professional knowledge, techniques and skills for the introduction of innovations in organization of educational process of schoolchildren at physical education lessons. The analysis of scientific sources made it possible to characterize the innovative professional activity of future physical education teacher as a complex of measures focused on applying in the professional activity of the physical education teacher those innovative types of motor activity, which are aimed at the development of individual physical qualities.
