Вплив фізичної реабілітації на якість життя осіб з наслідками ампутації нижньої кінцівки

Abstract

У роботі досліджується проблема покращення якості життя людини після ампутації нижньої кінцівки в післялікарняному періоді реабілітації. Проведений аналіз сучасного стану реабілітації осіб, які набули статусу людини з інвалідністю внаслідок ампутації нижніх кінцівок. Показано, що в системі реабілітації цієї категорії осіб відсутній єдиний організаційно-методичний підхід до реабілітаційного процесу загалом і окрім протезування та навчання ходьби у протезі, всі інші реабілітаційні втручання з перспективою на покращення якості життя є поодинокими, фрагментованими і випадковими. Нами запропонована програма фізичної реабілітації осіб з ампутацією нижньої кінцівки на рівні гомілки, зорієнтована на максимальну ліквідацію недоліків, спричинених набутою патологією, поліпшення функціонального стану систем та органів, зниження ризику виникнення ускладнень та максимальну соціальну адаптацію. Вивчення змін якості життя осіб з ампутацією нижньої кінцівки на рівні гомілки після реалізації програми фізичної реабілітації на післялікарняному етапі свідчить про достовірні позитивні зрушення за всіма досліджуваними компонентами сфери якості життя.

In the work is studied the problem of improving the quality of human life after amputation of the lower limb in the post-hospital period of rehabilitation. An analysis of the current state of rehabilitation of persons who have acquired the status of a person with disabilities due to amputation of the lower extremities has been carried out. In the system of rehabilitation of such patients there is no single organizational and methodical approach to the rehabilitation process in general, and apart from prosthesis and training for walking in the prosthesis, all other rehabilitation interventions with the prospect of improving the quality of life are sporadic, fragmented and accidental. Such a system of rehabilitation does not contribute to improving the quality of life of people with amputated lower limbs, and even more so, the return of these people to full-fledged social activity. We propose a program for physical rehabilitation of persons with lower limb amputation at the level of the leg that is based on the main components: medical physical training, massage, bases of bandaging, general development exercises, walking training, exercises on simulators. The content of the program is aimed at maximally eliminating the disadvantages caused by acquired pathology, improving the functional status of systems and organs, reducing the risk of complications and maximizing social adaptation. The study of changes in the quality of life of people with lower limb amputation at the level of the shin after the realisation of the program of physical rehabilitation at the post-hospital stage evinced a credible positive change for all the studied components of the quality of life.
