Особливості формування процесу мотивації як значущої частини психологічної підготовки у спорті

Abstract

Дане теоретичне дослідження присвячене аналізу поняття «спортивна мотивація». Показано, що в сучасній спортивній психології мотивація є найважливішим особистісним фактором, що зумовлює досягнення високого спортивного результату. У роботі розкрито роль впливу спортивної мотивації на досягнення результативності змагальної діяльності. Проаналізовано й узагальнено теоретичні дослідження динаміки розвитку мотивів, які спонукають до занять спортом. Уточнено, що мотиви занять спортом можна класифікувати на зовнішні та внутрішні, на безпосередні й опосередковані. У статті відображено психологічні особливості спортивної діяльності. Аналізуються структура спортивної діяльності, її функції та сутність феномену мотивації занять спортом.

This theoretical study is devoted to the analysis of the concept of "sports motivation". It is shown that in sports psychology, motivation is the most important personal factor contributing to the achievement of a high sports result. In contemporary sport, the results of high achievements are closely intertwined with the motivational sphere of a person. Motivation directs it to the goal, affects the processes occurring in the body. The dependence of the results on the motivation of an athlete is his main feature. In conditions of tough competition, only a motivated athlete with a clearly defined motivation can show high results. The paper reveals the role of the influence of sports motivation on the competitive activity effectiveness achievement. The theoretical studies of motives development dynamics that encourage sports are analyzed and summarized. It is clarified that the motives of playing sports can be classified into external and internal, direct and indirect. The article reflects the psychological characteristics of sports activities. The structure of sports activity, its functions and the essence of the phenomenon of motivation for playing sports are analyzed. The study addressed the following tasks: a theoretical analysis of the current state of the problem of motivation in sports activities; the disclosure of the essence of the phenomenon of motivation for playing sports and identifying the dynamics of the development of motives that encourage sports. To solve the research tasks, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis of data from special scientific and methodological literature, monitoring of information resources on the Internet, content analysis of theoretical and methodological works (textbooks, teaching materials, etc.).
