Формування рухових умінь і навичок з баскетболу в студентів у процесі фізичного виховання

Abstract

Процес формування рухових умінь і навичок у спортивних іграх є досить складним, що обумовлюється специфікою ігрової діяльності. Тому доцільно використовувати програмоване навчання. Мета дослідження полягала в експериментальному обґрунтуванні ефективності формування рухових умінь і навичок з баскетболу в студентів на основі програмування. Ми розробили алгоритмізовані навчаючі програми для формування в студентів умінь і навичок передач і ловлі м’яча, ведення, кидків. Програми були розроблені для 14 занять. Результати тестування показали суттєвий (15,7-24,8 %) статистично достовірний (р<0,05) приріст у результатах комбінованої вправи та влучності штрафних кидків у студентів основної групи. Отримані результати свідчать про ефективність використання програмованого навчання технічним прийомам гри в баскетбол студентів закладів вищої освіти.

The process of forming motor skills and abilities in sports games is quite complicated, which is conditioned by the specifics of gaming activity. Therefore, it is advisable to use program learning. The purpose of the study was to experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of the formation the basketball motor skills and abilities of students on the basis of programming. We have taken the methodical approach of V.M. Kostiukevych to the development the algorithmic teaching programs for the formation of motor skills of students. According to the approach, teaching for techniques is carried out during four interrelated stages, each of which can include from one to several steps. The program also contains organizational-methodical actions of the teacher, the content of the student's actions, the level of performance exercises. Based on this approach, we have developed algorithmic training programs for students to form skills and abilities of pass and catching the ball, dribbling, throws. The developed programs were designed for the implementation of 14 physical education sessions. The feature of the developed programs is the gradual mastery of the technique of the game on the basis of definite steps with the use of multimedia learning tools. The results of the tests showed a significant (15,7-24,8 %) statistically reliable (p<0,05) increase in the results of the combined exercise and the accuracy of free throws of the students of the main group. The obtained results prove the effectiveness of using the program learning for techniques in the basketball game of students in higher educational establishments.
