Ролі сучасного педагога в освітньому просторі

Abstract

У статті обгрунтовано доцільність різноманітних рольових позицій сучасного педагога в освітньому просторі. Розглядається важливість професійності педагогічної професії, інноваційності та відповідності сучасним умовам й потребам суспільства. Здійснено аналіз наукових досліджень щодо професійної підготовки вчителя, спираючись на досвід вітчизняних науковців. До найактульніших ролей сучасного педагога віднесено наступні: розробник навчальних програм, презентатор, фасилітатор, тренер, наставник, менеджер, консультант, дослідник, агент змін, коуч-тренер, тьютор, ментор, тощо. Розкрито функції всіх рольових позицій в освітньому просторі детально.

В статье обоснована целесообразность различных ролевых позиций современного педагога в образовательном пространстве. Рассматривается важность профессионализма педагогической профессии, инновационности и соответствия современным условиям и потребностям общества. Осуществлен анализ научных исследований по профессиональной подготовке учителя, опираясь на опыт отечественных ученых. К очень затребованным ролям современного педагога отнесены следующие: разработчик учебных программ, презентатор, фасилитатор, тренер, наставник, менеджер, консультант, исследователь, агент изменений, коуч-тренер, тьютор, ментор, и тому подобное. Раскрыто функции всех ролевых позиций в образовательном пространстве детально.

The article substantiates the expediency of various roles of the modern teacher in the educational system. It is consideredthe importance of professionalism in the pedagogical profession, innovation and conformity to modern conditions and needs of the society. It is noted that the teacher’sprofessional activity is a complex, dynamic and continuous process, and accordingly the preparation for this kind of activity requires taking into account modern requirements. The analysis of the scientific researches on teacher training has been carried out, drawing on the domestic scholars’experience. Working with new normative documents such as the Law of Ukraine "On Education" (September 5, 2017, No 2145-VIII), the State Standard of Primary Education (February 21, 2018, No 87), and the introduction of the "Conceptual Framework for the Secondary EducationReform" (August 17, 2016) encourages the modern teacher to master a number of innovativeroles in the educational activities that are needed and demanded by the present. These include the following: a curriculum developer, presenter, facilitator, trainer, peer educator, manager, consultant, researcher, and agent of change, coach trainer, tutor, mentor, and the like. The functions of all role positions in the educational systemhave been revealedin detail. It is noted that the diversity of the modern teacher’sroles considered by us is not exhausted, since with the introduction of the New Ukrainian School in 2018-2019 academic year, they will considerably increase with the development of various techniques, technologies, trends, with the formation of key competencies, with the possibilities of modernity. The teacher’stask involves continuous professionalgrowing, obtaining life-long education, qualitative retraining in the conditions of the changing society, and the acquisition and practical application of innovative roles in accordance with the needs of the mankind.
