Особливості відбору перспективних дітей для занять гандболом

Abstract

У статті висвітлено особливості відбору перспективних дітей для занять гандболом. Із цією метою проаналізовано особливості відбору перспективних дітей для занять гандболом та встановлено, що спортивний відбір – це комплекс організаційно-методичних заходів, що включають педагогічні, психологічні, соціологічні і медико-біологічні методи дослідження, на основі яких оцінюються здібності дітей, підлітків, юнаків до досягнення високих спортивних результатів у тому чи іншому виді спорту. Встановлено, що проблема відбору перспективних дітей для занять гандболом завжди була актуальною, оскільки гандбол це гра з постійно мінливим темпом, значною варіативністю рухів, емоційним напруженням, - усе це висуває підвищені вимоги до рухової, функціональної і психічної діяльності спортсмена.

В статье освещены особенности отбора перспективных детей для занятий гандболом. С этой целью проанализированы особенности отбора перспективных детей для занятий гандболом и установлено, что спортивный отбор это комплекс организационно-методических мероприятий, включающих педагогические, психологические, социологические и медико-биологические методы исследования, на основе которых оцениваются способности детей, подростков, юношей до достижения высоких спортивных результатов в том или ином виде спорта. Установлено, что проблема отбора перспективных детей для занятий гандболом всегда была актуальной, поскольку гандбол это игра с постоянно меняющимся темпом, в значительной вариативностью движений, эмоциональным напряжением, - все это предъявляет повышенные требования к двигательной, функциональной и психической деятельности спортсмена.

In the article features of selection of perspective children for employment by handball are highlighted. For this purpose, the features of selection of promising children for handball have been analyzed and it is established that sports selection is a complex of organizational and methodical activities, including pedagogical, psychological, sociological and medical-biological research methods, on the basis of which the abilities of children, teenagers, sports results in a particular sport. It has been established that the problem of selection of promising children for handball has always been relevant, since handball is a game with a constantly changing pace, in a significant variability of movements, emotional tension - all this places high demands on the motor, functional and mental activity of the athlete. Accelerated progress in modern sports and a significant increase in competition in the international sports arena put forward high demands on the process of sports improvement. Along with the methodically correctly constructed training process, high efficiency of selecting promising athletes at all stages of preparation is necessary. Handball is a group of situational (non-standard-changing) sports that are characterized by variation of conditions and lack of stereotyping in the execution of movements and background of direct contact with rivals. Therefore, in the process of selecting promising athletes in the team it is expedient to use those indicators that are of great importance for achieving a high competitive result. In a handball one of the most important actions is a ball throwing into the goal. It is precisely from the spatial-temporal accuracy of throws that the effectiveness of the game depends on the attack. There is every reason to believe that the technique of training in handball is, first of all, due diligence of certain technical skills and tactics, the concentrated development of special physical abilities on the ground, however, does not create the necessary conditions for improving the psycho-physiological abilities that underlie the formation of coordination abilities.
