Оптимізація професійної підготовки у правоохоронних органах України

Abstract

В статті розглядаються питання щодо формування підготовки молодих фахівців за новими спеціальностями, які навчаються за військовою програмою або проходять службу в правоохоронних органах. Нами був визначений напрям підготовки, розроблена логічно-структурна модель, щодо формування базових знань із спеціальних дисциплін за професійним напрямом. Проведено аналіз і узагальнення наукової, навчально-методичної та спеціальної літератури.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования подготовки молодых специалистов в новых специальностях, обучающихся по военной программе или проходящих службу в правоохранительных органах. Нами было определено направление подготовки, разработана логико-структурная модель к формированию базовых знаний специальных дисциплин по профессиональному направлению. Проведен анализ и обобщение научной, учебно-методической и специальной литературы.

In the article questions are considered at the expense formation of training of young specialist with new specialties, who studying for a military program or serving in law enforcement agencies. We have defined the direction of training, developed a logical structural model for the formation of basic knowledge of special disciplines in the professional direction. The analysis and generalization of scientific, educational, methodological and special literature has been carried out. Protecting the interests of the state, our compatriots face the following problems: living conditions (on the front); military equipment (imperfect); unexpected danger (pressure from locals). The authors also draw attention to the fact that the psychological stability during the performance of official duties during the ATO by employees of any units will, to a greater extent, affect the development of knowledge skills to preserve health and from their personalities as professionals. For this purpose, we have developed a specialty "Operational, tactical and force support of the activity of law enforcement bodies". In this specialty, a model of training is developed taking into account the specifics of their future activities, which is calculated for four years of studying. It consists of five main units, namely: organization of service in law enforcement agencies; special physical training; fire training; personal safety of law enforcementt officers; tactical and special training, each block contains several items. For example, the fifth block is composed of the following disciplines: the foundations of cartography and orientation; the limits of admissibility of legal restrictions and tactical techniques when using official duties; organization and holding of special events; fundamentals of sinology; special technique; tactics of action of mobile groups of employees of the fiscal service during performance of official duties; interaction of law enforcement agencies during active activities. The base for passing the practice and further employment is planned in special units of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
