Інноваційні педагогічні технології у підготовці майбутніх фахівців з туризму

Abstract

У статті аналізується проблема впровадження засобів інноваційних педагогічних технологій у професійно- методичну підготовку майбутніх фахівців з туризму. Основу інноваційних процесів в освіті складають: проблема вивчення, узагальнення і поширення передового педагогічного досвіду та проблема впровадження досягнень психолого- педагогічної науки в практику. Розглянуто найбільш пріоритетні і перспективні напрями та методи використання інноваційних педагогічних технологій, що позитивно впливають на формування методичної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з туризму. Виділено модульно-розвивальне навчання, засоби інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, метод проектів.

The article analyses pedagogical terms are certain in the decision of innovative technologies in post means formation in professionally methodical competence of future specialists of tourism. The problem of introduction of facilities of innovative pedagogical technologies is analysed in professionally methodical preparation of future specialists of tourism. Basis of innovative processes in education is made: problem of study, generalization and distribution of front-rank pedagogical experience. Also problem of introduction of achievements to pedagogical sciences in practice was considered. The most perspective directions and methods of the use of innovative pedagogical technologies are considered. They positively influence on forming of methodical competence of future specialists of tourism. Among directions it is selected module-developing teaching, facilities informatively of communication technologies, method of projects. It is marked that the personality oriented pedagogical technologies provide professional and social mobility of future specialist, his competitiveness at the market of labour. The modern stage of the development of higher education in Ukraine is characterized by a refusal of the totalitarian unification and standardization of the pedagogical process, the intensive rethinking of values ans searching for new in theory and practice of education and upbringing. The basis of innovative processes in education are two important problems of pedagogy - the problem of studying, generalization and dissemination of advanced pedagogical experience and the problem of introducing the achievements of psychological and pedagogical science into practice. The result of innovative processes is the use of theoretical and practical innovations that are formed on the edge of theory and practice. The introduction of innovative pedagogical teaching technologies in higher educational institutions of Ukraine contributes to the improvement of the professional training of tourism specialists, takes into account the achievements of students in educational activities and makes them mobile in the European educational space.
