У статті О.Терещенка «Феномен малої Батьківщини І. Нечуя-Левицького як фактор впливу на формування світогляду митця» здійснена спроба висвітлити вплив історії та культури малої Батьківщин на становлення національної свідомості І.Нечуя-Левицького, використовуючи краєзнавчий матеріал розкрито роль та місце краю в творчості митця, яка сповнена посиланнями та описами місцевості Стеблева, звідки був родом митець, простежено етапи формування світогляду на яких мала Батьківщина справила вирішальне значення та стала головним джерелом мистецьких зацікавлень.
