Abstract: У статті розглядається питання та висвітлено сучасні підходи до розвитку сфери фізичного виховання студентської молоді.
В статье рассматривается вопрос и освещены современные подходы к развитию сферы физического воспитания студенческой молодежи.
The article discusses current approaches and highlight the development of the sphere of physical education students. In modern conditions of Ukraine's integration into the European system of higher education to the forefront the need to reform the education system of Ukraine, its improvement, improving quality. For Ukraine in the last decade there was an alarming situation: deteriorated health and physical preparedness of students. Sports activities - a prerequisite harmony development of students, which should be an important component of the daily activities of modern man, who walks in the third millennium. Physical education intended to shape the students' respect for their health and physical fitness, develop comprehensive physical and mental qualities, to promote the creative use of physical culture of everyday activities. An important component of the humanization of higher education is to develop the students' sustained interest in strengthening their health, choosing the right goals, means and methods of its correction taking into account their needs and motivations, not authoritative teacher dictates or orders of society. However, low motivation in physical education and sport is the most urgent problem of physical education in higher education. This is because today physical education students is largely educational process, a prerequisite of which is the close cooperation of the teacher and the pupil. Unfortunately, this cooperation is rare in practice, mainly teacher and student is placed in a situation of confrontation. These results in academics see no account of teacher preferences, needs, interests that make up the orientation of the individual student. Therefore, the process of physical education in the minds of students becomes a mechanical activity whose main objective is to obtain delivery standards and classification. An important condition for the effective functioning of the physical education of youth should be a presence in the school, regardless of ownership, modern material and technical base, sports facilities, sufficient equipment, tools, hardware for fitness and sporting activities, fitness and computer techniques and so on. The main directions of development of material and technical base of physical education in universities should be: comprehensive construction of sports facilities for modern design and architectural requirements. Operation of the system of physical education of students in need of financial regulation guaranteed support from the state, regional and local budgets. Physical education as an integral part of higher education should enable every person acquiring the necessary evidence-based knowledge on health and means of strengthening, ways and methods of counteraction diseases, methods of achieving high efficiency and long creative activity. The education system in the state will assume the development of mass sports as an important component of the education of youth.
