Реалізація педагогічної технології формування мотиваційного компоненту професійної спрямованості особистості майбутнього вчителя

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема виокремлення мотиваційно-орієнтаційного етапу педагогічної технології, що обумовлено необхідністю формування та розвитку мотиваційного компоненту професійної спрямованості особистості майбутнього вчителя. Реалізація цього етапу педагогічної технології має здійснюватись у процесі викладання дисциплін психолого-педагогічного циклу, тобто формувати професійно-педагогічні мотиви й потреби, ціннісні орієнтації та ідеали, і у процесі викладання методичних і фахових дисциплін, формуючи при цьому безпосередньо пізнавальні інтереси, інтереси до фаху.

В статье рассматривается мотивационно-ориентационный этап педагогической технологии, который предусматривает формирование и развитие мотивационного компонента профессиональной направленности личности будущего учителя. Реализация этого этапа педагогической технологии осуществляется в процессе преподавания дисциплин психолого-педагогического цикла, то есть формирования профессионально-педагогических мотивов и потребностей, ценностных ориентаций и идеалов, и в процессе преподавания методических и специальных дисциплин.

The article focuses on proving the problem of the definition of the motivational and orientation stage of the pedagogical technology, due to the necessity of forming and developing of the motivational component of professional orientation of future teacher’s personality. The realization of this stage of the pedagogical technology should be carried out in teaching psychological and pedagogical disciplines, that is to form the professional and pedagogical motives and needs, value orientations and ideals, and in teaching methodological and special disciplines, creating the cognitive interests directly , the professional interests. Forming the motivational and emotional components of professional orientation of future teacher’s personality was provided by the complex forms of the influence, because positive emotions play the significant role in forming the motivation of the certain activities , promote the improvement of the activity, and the motivated activity promotes the appearance of the positive emotions, and on their basis – the cognitive interest to the content of the activity. Realizing the interdependence of the motivational and emotional components of professional orientation of future teacher’s personality in the process of their formation we should use the combined impact on student’s personality. One of the tasks of increasing the motivation of the future teachers to their professional orientation was their awareness to master the ability of using their speech, to acquire the skills of using language signs, to achieve educational goals. For this purpose,it was also focused on teaching the course " English Lexicology " on the basis of forming professional orientation of future teacher’s personality. The professional orientation of teaching this course is revealed through using the tasks including the information about the culture and traditions of the native speakers. Thus, we have determined that the course "English Lexicology" helped to increase the motivation of students to master their professional orientation of future teacher-philologist’s personality.
