Розвиток вольових якостей молодших школярів як умова їх навчальної успішності

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено вивченню психологічних особливостей розвитку вольових якостей молодших школярів як умови їх навчальної успішності. Обгрунтувано теоретико-методологічні засади вивчення проблеми розвитку вольових якостей молодших школярів та їх значущість у навчальній діяльності. Узагальнено знання про психологічну природу волі та її роль у психічному розвитку дітей молодшого шкільного віку. Експериментально досліджено рівні розвитку вольових якостей молодших школярів в умовах навчальної діяльності. Встановлено наявність кореляційного зв’язку між рівнем розвитку вольових якостей молодших школярів та рівнями їх навчальних досягнень. Виявлено комплекс вольових якостей у молодших школярів, які найбільше корелюють з їх навчальною успішністю. Такими є: цілеспрямованість, наполегливість, самостійність, організованість, ініціативність та вольова поведінка. Розроблено та апробовано програму розвитку вольових якостей, які визначають успішність навчальної діяльності молодших школярів, доведено її ефективність, науково обгрунтовано зміст психолого-педагогічної роботи, спрямованої на розвиток вольових якостей в учнів початкової школи.

The paper deals with studying of psychological peculiarities of development of conative merits of the young learners as the condition of their learning progress. The research paper contains the substantiation of methodological and theoretical grounds of the problem of development of conative merits and their importance in the learning activity. The paper includes the generalized knowledge of a psychological nature of conation and its role in the psychic development of young learners. The paper contains the experimental reseach of the levels of development of conative merits of the young learners in the conditions of learning activity. The correlative connection between the level of development of conative merits of the young learners and the level of their learning achievements were found out. The thesis contains the description of the complex of conative merits of the young learners that correlate with their learning progress, namely: persistence, purposefulness, independence, initiative and conative behaviour. The paper contains elaboration and approbation of the programme of development of conative merits that define the progress of learning activity of the young learners. The effectiveness of the programme was proved. The essence of the psycho-pedagogical work aimed at the development of conative merits of the young learners was scientifically grounded.
