Соціально-педагогічні умови подолання конфліктів у молодій сім'ї

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено процесу подолання конфліктів у молодій сім’ї. Здійснено аналіз філософської, соціологічної, психологічної, педагогічної літератури; розкрито сутність поняття „молода сім’я“; охарактеризовано психолого-педагогічні процеси молодої сім’ї; виявлено причини, функції та динаміку міжособистісних конфліктів у молодій сім’ї; з’ясовано структуру готовності членів молодих подружніх пар до подолання конфліктів, визначено критерії її вимірювання; обґрунтовано й експериментально перевірено соціально-педагогічні умови подолання конфліктів у молодій сім’ї; розроблено методичні рекомендації щодо соціально-педагогічного консультування молодих шлюбних пар. Представлені матеріали можуть бути використані соціальними педагогами та практичними психологами соціальних служб, вихователями дитячих дошкільних закладів, вчителями середніх шкіл, викладачами, працівниками відділів виховної роботи закладів освіти І – ІV рівнів акредитації.

The dissertation study is devoted to process of conflicts removal in a young family. It is realized the analysis of philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical literature; it is determined the essence of the notion “young family”; it is explained the psychology and pedagogical processes which are occurring in a young family; it is explored development of the social conflict theories, it is characterized the reasons, the functions and dynamics of interpersonal conflicts in a modern Ukrainian family; it is determined the structure of a conflict readiness of the young family pairs members; it is explained its measurements; it is theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked social and pedagogical conditions, which promote to removal conflicts in a young family; it is designed methodical recommendations for consultations of young family pairs. The research has confirmed the social and psychological need of the shaping conflict knowledge and skill newlyweds. The presented materials can be used by social teachers and practical psychologists of the social services, by educators of kinder-gardens, by teachers of secondary schools, by lecturers, by the instructors of educational establishments of I – IV levels of accreditation.
