Обстеження функціональних можливостей опорно-рухового апарату для визначення ефективності реабілітаційних заходів при вогнепальних ураженнях плечового суглобу

Abstract

Розглянуто основні аспекти обстеження опорно-рухового апарату у процесі фізичній реабілітації осіб з вогнепальними ураженнями плечового суглобу. Реабілітаційне обстеження дозволяє оцінити функціональний стан пацієнта, здійснити контроль показників певних функцій, визначити ефективність реабілітаційних заходів. Оцінка функціональних можливостей складається з трьох основних елементів: спостереження за рухами пацієнта, суб’єктивна та об’єктивна оцінка функції. Обстеження у фізичній реабілітації не потребує спеціального обладнання, правильність встановлення рівня функціональних можливостей залежить від професіоналізму фахівця з фізичної реабілітації.

Рассмотрены основные аспекты обследования опорно- двигательного аппарата в физической реабилитации лиц с огнестрельными поражениями плечевого сустава. Реабилитационное обследование позволяет оценить функциональное состояние пациента, осуществлять контроль показателей определенных функций, определить реабилитационную эффективность. Оценка функциональных возможностей состоит из трех основных элементов: наблюдение за движениями пациента, субъективная и объективная оценка функции. Обследование в физической реабилитации не нуждается в специальном оборудовании, верность установки уровня функциональных возможностей зависит от профессионализма специалиста по физической реабилитации.

The main aspects of the examination of the musculoskeletal system in the physical rehabilitation of persons with gunshot injuries of the shoulder joint have been studied. Rehabilitation survey gives an opportunity to evaluate the functional state of the patient, to control certain functions of indicators , to determine the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures. Evaluation functionality consists of three main elements : monitoring patient’s movements, subjective and objective evaluation functions of parts of the musculoskeletal system . Examination of physical rehabilitation needs no special equipment. The properly installed level functionally depends on the professionalism of the expert in physical rehabilitation. To determine the existing level of physical activity at gunshot lesions of the shoulder joint, the capacity to plan and adjust the process of physical rehabilitation and determine the efficacy of rehabilitation interventions is conducted by physical examination and rehabilitation , which is based on visual assessment of the patient's movements , questioning the patient and implementation of individual measurements and tests. The survey is conducted to form a physical rehabilitation program that’s why the correct definition of all functional abilities directly affects the effectiveness of the rehabilitation. The purpose of the objective assessment ( survey) is to determine the main complaints of the patient and their relationship with physical activity . Objective evaluation consists of specific tests and measurements. The main ones for the rehabilitation of person with gunshot injuries of the shoulder joint are the following : volume segments of the upper limb , upper limb length , method of measurement of angular joints ( goniometry ). The prospects for further research will be seen conducting survey of the rehabilitation of persons with gunshot injuries of the shoulder joint for correct planning, correction and determining the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs , to restore the viability of the organism , the return person to professional and social activities.
