Анализ функционального состояния сердечно-сосудистой и дыхательной систем студентов 18-19 лет

Abstract

Представлены результаты оценки уровня функционального состояния сердечно-сосудистой и дыхательной систем студентов 18- 19 лет. Изучена динамика показателей, характеризующих функциональное состояние кардио-респираторной системы студентов 18-19 лет на протяжении учебного года. Анализ полученных данных свидетельствует о том, что практически по всем показателям, как у юношей, так и у девушек преобладает средний уровень функционального состояния сердечно-сосудистой и дыхательной систем. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о недостаточной эффективности организации урочной формы занятий по физическому воспитанию в вузе.

Вивчено динаміку показників, що характеризують функціональний стан кардіо-респіраторної системи студентів 18-19 років протягом навчального року. Аналіз отриманих даних свідчить про те, що практично за всіма показниками, як у юнаків, так і у дівчат переважає середній рівень функціонального стану серцево-судинної і дихальної систем. Результати дослідження свідчать про недостатню ефективність організації урочної форми занять з фізичного виховання у ВНЗ.

Throughout the study, there was a low level of efficiency coefficient circulation from 64% to 52% of males and 89% to 83% of women at the beginning and at the end of the school year, respectively; but only the young men on the index Skibinskaya (from 88% to 64%). At the end of the school year, the significance of differences observed only in women on the index Robinson, all other indicators of significant improvement in the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of students of 18-19 years are not revealed.
