employed by the state. We're discussing the outcomes of distinctive initiatives focused on conserving Portugal's folk crafts heritage and the intangible cultural heritage of retired specialists. It was concluded that
digitalization plays a significant role in studying, preserving, and promoting cultural heritage. This allows for modern methods to be utilized and transforms it into a valuable educational resource.; Розглянуто сучасні підходи до збереження культурної спадщини, серед яких виокремлено ті, що є ефективними для використання в освітньому закладі. На прикладі Японії показано основні орієнтири, використані державою для формування неперервного міжпоколіннєвого зв’язку, який є фундаментальним поняттям для збереження самобутності японської культури. Розглянуто результати
унікальних проєктів щодо збереження спадщини народних ремесел в Португалії та культурної нематеріальної спадщини фахівців, що завершили професійну карєру. Зроблено висновок про важливість використання у цьому процесі можливостей цифровізації, яка дозволяє сучасними способами вивчити, зберегти і популяризувати культурну спадщину, перетворити її в новий дидактичний ресурс.

Gamification in developing readiness for self- fulfillment in students of Higher Educational Institutions

The article aims to study the peculiarities of the issue of gamification when developing readiness for self-fulfillment in students of higher educational institution in the course of education. The research involved testing, factor analysis, and statistical data processing. The following research methods were used: the Ryff Scales of Psychological Well-Being; the Personal Orientation Inventory. Reliability of tools and methods was determined using Cronbach’s α. Statistical data were processed using Spearman’s correlation coefficient and
Fisher’s test. The following results were obtained during the research. The Self- acceptance Scale has the lowest arithmetic mean, also within the lower manifestation limit. There are no high indicators on this scale. The largest share of the sample — 61.25% — has a medium self-acceptance level, of which 32.5% are students of the experimental group (EG) and 28.75% —students of the control group (CG). A low level of self-acceptance is characteristic of 21.25% of students in the control group and 17.5% in the experimental group. Based on the obtained data, it is possible to unequivocally assert the effectiveness of gamification in developing students’ readiness for self-fulfillment.; El artículo tuvo como objetivo estudiar las peculiaridades sobre la gamificación a través del desarrollo de condiciones para la autorrealización de los estudiantes de instituciones de educación superior en el curso de la educación. La investigación involucró pruebas, análisis de factores y procesamiento de datos estadísticos. Se utilizaron los siguientes métodos de investigación: la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico de Ryff, y el Inventario de Orientación Personal. La confiabilidad de las herramientas y los métodos se determinó empleando el α de Cronbach. Los datos estadísticos se procesaron mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman y la prueba de Fisher. Durante la investigación se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados. La Escala de Autoaceptación tiene la media aritmética más baja, además está dentro del límite inferior de manifestación. No hay indicadores altos en esta escala. La mayor parte de la muestra, el 61,25%, tiene un nivel de autoaceptación medio, de los cuales el 32,5% son estudiantes del grupo experimental (GE) y el 28,75%, estudiantes del grupo de control (GC). El 21,25% de los estudiantes del grupo control y el 17,5% del grupo experimental presentan un bajo nivel de autoaceptación característico. Con base en los datos obtenidos, es posible afirmar inequívocamente la efectividad de la gamificación en el desarrollo de condiciones para la autorrealización de los estudiantes.

Досліджено вплив сучасної бібліотеки на розвиток інформаційної культури особистості майбутнього педагога. Встановлено, що інформаційна культура фахівця, крім базової складової, має варіативну професійно орієнтовану надбудову. Для майбутнього педагога варіативний зміст пов'язаний з професійною методичною діяльністю. Обґрунтовано, що в умовах мережевого знання майбутній педагог має засвоювати нові методи пошуку інформації та її структурування. З метою уникнення різних інформаційних бар’єрів та оптимізації зусиль при роботі з інформацією в бібліотеках студентів потрібно готувати, використовуючи різноманітні бібліотечні методи і форми.; Introduction. Modern technologies change the ways of recording and saving information, expand the possibilities of obtaining the necessary information, and affect the educational system. Libraries will continue to be in demand, but the nature of their work, attitude towards them, and role in the real and digital space have changed. The urgency of preparing students to work with information in a library environment has increased.
Purpose. The article aims to investigate the influence of the modern library on the information culture development of the future teacher’s personality.
Methods. The research used a comprehensive comparative, retrospective and prospective analysis of scientific works to study the state of the problem, tasks, functions, and areas of library activity, as well as a structural and systemic analysis of the information culture structure. The methods of generalization and abstraction made it possible to substantiate the possibilities of developing the information culture of future teachers in the library environment. Observation of the use process of library services by future teachers, and conversations with students and library employees made it possible to identify problems in working with information. With the help of the forecasting method, directions for the information culture development of the future teacher personality are outlined.
Results. Since the individual, specialist and society have different meanings, the information culture for the future teacher was revealed to be its essence. The typical content is the essential element of information culture, which relate to information and data, information and communication technologies, and technological aspects. The variable content is supplemented by various subcultural formations related to the specifics of professional activity. For the future teacher, the variable content is related to the professional methodical activity. Enrichment of information flows and activation of information search are powerful factors in the development of its information culture. In the conditions of network knowledge, the future teacher must learn new methods of information search and its structuring. Since the production and dissemination of knowledge have activated the general information and communication processes in libraries, it has created opportunities for the effective use of information resources based on ICT. To avoid various information barriers and optimize efforts when working with information in libraries, students should be prepared using various library methods and forms.
Originality. The novelty of the article is that based on the analysis of the essence and structure of the information culture of the future teacher and the possibilities of modern libraries, the author's view on the directions of its improvement in the library environment is highlighted.
Conclusions. Today, the possibilities of libraries in the development of the information culture of society and the individual are related to the strategy of the team, creative problem-solving, and active cooperation with the external environment. Libraries in various forms remain the main source of providing information services, which depends on the category of users. A sign of modernity is the combination of the printed and digital worlds in the library, which indicates an individual approach to user service. To this end, they must constantly respond to changes in the socio-economic, cultural, incessant technological contexts, as this will allow them to actively influence the information culture of the individual and society in general.

The results of empirical analysis of conceptual sources in the direction of educational methods comparison for optimizing the teaching loads for engineering education applicants are presented. Disadvantages and potential conflicts of trainee when mastering of educational and professional program content are formalized, in particular within academic mobility frameworks, as well as in view of the rapid increase in the number of academic refugees. Among the recommended ways of solving problems with academic arrears accumulation, is the information and communication technology of matching the optimally combined educational content to soft compensate for the knowledge and skills that student's lacks. The relevance of automated quality improvement and propriety of tutorial content is substantiated, and sets of software functionalities of web-based service for teaching loads personalization are determined, which were localized by departments of academic information space for purpose of integration into a united cross-academic communication system. Proposals regarding the reorganization of the structure of digitized methodical and information supports of the educational process according to the mosaic principle have been formulated. On basis of the developed analytical apparatus, a communication model of the network infrastructure of teaching loads optimization service was built, which provides a targeted selection of tutorial media content from problematic domain of subject in file storages of university library collections and confidential faculty funds and distributes according to the forms of educational process on the end terminal of the authorized user.
